The Bookmarks Application for Facebook is a social bookmarking utility which lets you find, tag and share your favorite content on Facebook.

Find your favorite content on facebook (any item which has a URL with facebook.com from the site), create a bookmark and share it with your friends.

Show people your favorite bookmarks in your profile.

We see this changing the way people use Facebook. Keep the Bookmarks application open in a window or tab, and use Facebook normally in another.

When you find something to bookmark:

1) Hit refresh (this shortens the url on Facebook)
2) Copy the URL (web address)
3) Switch to the Bookmarks application
4) Click "Add a bookmark" and paste in the url
5) Give it a title and tags, and you are done!

Tag common items across Facebook. For example, add a specific tag to each photo album from different people to find all the photos from one event.
